Did you know that the ground you walk on and the lake you swim in could be your next renewable energy source?
Produce your own energy with a lake and ground source heat pump.
Do you have plenty of land? Do you want low-cost heating, water and cooling from a renewable energy source? Then ground source heating is your obvious choice.
There is something wrong with my heat pump, what should I do?
When it comes to service and warranty issues, you should primarily talk to your installer. The installer is the one who knows your particular heating system and can give the best advice.
How do I reduce or increase the heat in my house with CTC products?
The temperature of your home is a key element in providing you with the comfort you desire. Using the house's heating curve, you can easily meet your temperature needs.
There are two values that determine the temperature, the slope of the curve and the curve adjustment. The installer will help you set these values. If you need to adjust later, you can use the following method:
If it is too cold indoors:
# If the outdoor temperature is lower than zero degrees: increase the value at curve inclination a few degrees. Wait a day to see if further adjustment is needed.
# If the outdoor temperature is higher than zero degrees: increase the curve adjustment value by a couple of degrees. Wait a day to see if further adjustment is needed.
If it is too hot indoors:
# If the outdoor temperature is lower than zero degrees: decrease the value at curve tilt a couple of degrees. Wait a day to see if further adjustment is needed.
# If the outdoor temperature is higher than zero degrees: decrease the value at curve adjustment by a couple of degrees. Wait a day to see if further adjustment is needed.
How old is my heat pump?
Information on the age of your CTC product can be found in the serial number. The four middle digits indicate the year and week, e.g. the product 7310-1304-1212 was manufactured in week 4 of 2013.
And how do you find the serial number? It is located in different places depending on the product.
